Black Feather Costume Collar. Black Velveteen like Collar with attached black feathers. Has alligator like clips on the bottom ends that can be attached to clothing. Length of collar at the bottom end to end is approx 15". The length of the collar end to end at the top is approx. 17". Height of the velveteen part of the collar is approx 3.25". The feathers extend a little higher than the velveteen part.All measurements taken at the longest points and may vary per product. Will shed loose feathers. For Adult Use- Ages 14 and up.
